Shamoun Inconsistency

Sam Shamoun recently came out with a ‘reply’ to brother Bassam Zawadi concerning the tribe of Banu Qurayza, an issue that has already been dealt with time and time again.

All I want to do for this short reply is expose Shamoun’s inconsistency, hypocrisy, and why you just can’t take him or many others like him too seriously when it comes to the truth.

For instance the missionary writes:

Bassam Zawadi produced an appendix to his “reply” to my refutation of his feeble attempt of justifying Muhammad beheading nearly 600-900 of the Banu Qurayza Jews, which included young boys. Lord willing I intend to address his most recent “response” and prove that there is no justification for what Muhammad did to a tribe which had enough sense to see that he was a false prophet and tyrant who sought to impose his religion on them. Muhammad’s cold-blooded murder of these men was a morally reprehensible act and only reveals the true source of his instructions (cf. John 8:44). So according to this missionary, what the prophet Muhammad did to the tribe of Banu Qurayza was morally reprehensible, because young boys were killed alongside all the fighting adult men.

Brother Zawadi has already pointed out Shamoun’s inconsistency as the Bible is filled with stories about entire towns (women, children, old men) being wiped out on the orders of God, entire towns falling to the sword.

Shamoun being the missionary he is, didn’t even attempt to respond to this inconsistency! If you don’t believe me, go read the reply, this is the very first thing Shamoun talks about, and rather than addressing the inconsistency, he goes on a red herring.

Now indeed, I could post all the savage Bible verses which talk about killing women and children to show how the Bible is morally reprehensible by Shamoun’s standards, instead of doing that I shall just post the links which document the atrocities:

All of the above links sufficiently expose Shamoun’s hypocrisy and double standards, but let us go further, let us put the nail in the coffin for Shamoun by quoting his own statement on what he thinks about Bible genocide. So here is what Shamoun said concerning the Bible genocide, in his own words:

Hence, from a biblical perspective God is even just in commanding the death of infants and children since even they will grow up to rebel and sin against their Maker. The only way they can avoid being rebel sinners is if God decided to show them mercy and grace. Yet God is not obligated to show mercy to anyone, but he is obligated to punish sinners if he is to remain just and holy. Thus, all persons deserve to be punished and no one deserves to be saved. Amazing, this missionary has the audacity to call the prophet morally reprensible for supposedly killing young boys, yet Shamoun openly states that when it comes to his Bible, it’s all good for little babies to be killed!!!! That is how Shamoun responds to the terrorism, genocide, and slaughter of the Bible, by saying that it’s okay and perfectly reasonable.

Indeed it is fitting that Shamoun referenced John 8:44 when he tried to attack the prophet Muhammad, because John 8:44 is very fitting for this hypocrite Shamoun.

Last but not least, I would like to make an open public debate challenge to this missionary, as he been running his mouth for a while now calling for a debate, and saying I am too scared. So here it is Sam, a public challenge for all to see, I challenge you to the following debates: Is Islam a religion of Peace? & Is the Bible a violent Book that we should condemn?

The debates will be held in London, England, United Kingdom, Europe. As soon as this missionary is brave enough to tackle these two debates, and agrees to debate in England, it will be a done deal, the venue will be booked, the advertising will be out, all Shamoun has to do is fly himself.
