Christianity the true cult of death

Many Christian propagandists are fond of calling Islam a cult of death, yet ironically, it is their own faith, Christianity, which is the true cult of death. According to the Bible we are to follow and imitate God, as it says:

Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. (Ephesians 1:1-2)

So the Bible calls on Christians to imitate God. According to Christians, Jesus is God, and he sacrificed his life on the cross, hence if Christians are to imitate Christ, they too are to sacrifice their life! The very same reference above goes on to talk about how Jesus gave himself up as a sacrifice, hence Christians, like Christ, should go ahead and do the same.

Now which Christian is going to be brave enough and follow the example of Christ?
