Christian paradise: Physical or Spiritual?

Christians often say that paradise will be a spiritual place, and they often argue against Islam because the Islamic heaven includes physical attributes.

Yet when one reads the Gospel, the Gospel of Matthew Specifically one will see that Jesus taught that heaven is physical, or partially physical. As he says:

27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:  28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.  29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. (Matthew 5:27-30)

So as you can see, Jesus says if your right eye looks lustfully at a lady, then pluck it out, because it is better if you just pluck your eye out and throw it away for the sin it committed rather than keep it and be thrown entirely into hell because of it! The same thing with your hand, if you do something bad with your hand, cut it off, because it is better to get rid off the bad sinful body part that committed a sin rather than having your whole body thrown into hell on account of one body part!

As you can see, everything here is physical, and a physical bodily explanation, this basically means people will enter into hell and heaven with physical bodily attributes, with the body you have now. So basically cut your body parts off, the ones which did sin, so your whole body isn't thrown into hell because of that one body part, this also means that once you get rid of the sinful body part you will also enter heaven physically without it.

Does all of this sound spiritual to you? Some Christians may argue these verses aren't meant to be taken literally, however so many Christians have applied these verses literally including a man in the Philippines who cut his penis off!

And Allah Knows Best!
